ETYMOLOGY
– from Latin acersecomēs (long-haired youth);
from Greek ἀκερσεκόµης (with unshorn hair) + –ic

EXAMPLE
“…Her black hair was pulled back in a long ponytail which covered more than half of her back; she could be easily mistaken for an Acersecomic…”
